Collins arena rules: We reserve the right to change the
format and change or assign #. All
ropings are 3-head progressive on one, except the GEO Classic. The face rule will apply. The #13 Handicap will be straight time for
#13, then 2 seconds added for every number over 13 and 2 seconds subtracted for
every number under 13.
