2008 Phillips County Open Horseshow

Every child from the ages of 8-18 is welcome to come and participate in the 3rd annual Phillips County Open Horseshow
to be held at the Fort Bissell Saddle Club arena June 7 at 9:30 a.m.

Awards are given down through 5th place in each age group.
Age groups are 8-11, 12-14, & 15-18.
Judged classes included Showmanship, Horsemanship, Trail, and Reining
Races included Cloverleaf, Keg Bending, Flag Race, and 2-Barrel Flag
Our Judge this year is going to be Carol Fischer.

When the awards are received, pictures will be posted here.
I expect to receive them by the third week or so in May.

AWARDS this year include:

The Champion of each age group will receive a
Lonestar Silversmith Buckle

The Reserve Champion will receive a
lasered aluminum set of stirrups
(This is a drawing sent to me of what they will look like)

3rd will be a lasered leather footstool


4th will receive a Bronc Rope Halter

This is what will be on the footstool and the padfolio

5th will receive a Padfolio
